General conditions

Force Majeure:
In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances occurring at the holiday destination that may impact the ability or wish of the Guest to proceed with their booking, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, governmental actions, pandemic, epidemic, droughts, or any other circumstance beyond the control of both parties (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Force Majeure"), the following conditions shall apply:

Booking Modification:
Should the Guest decide not to proceed with their booking due to Force Majeure, they are entitled to request a modification of their booking to a later date, subject to availability. The request for modification must be submitted in writing to the Agency, outlining the reasons for the requested change.

Deposit:
The deposit paid by the Guest at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances of Force Majeure. The deposit will be honored for the new booking date requested by the Guest.

Notification Requirement:
The Guest agrees to promptly notify the Agency of their decision not to proceed with the original booking due to Force Majeure. Failure to provide timely notice may impact the Agency's ability to accommodate the Guest's request for modification.

Booking Amendment Terms:
The modified booking is subject to availability and the terms and conditions applicable at the time of the modification. Any additional charges resulting from changes in rates, seasons, or other factors will be borne by the Guest.

Documentation Requirement:
The Guest may be required to provide documentation or evidence supporting their claim of Force Majeure as deemed necessary by the Agency.

Discretion of the Agency:
The Agency reserves the right to assess each Force Majeure situation on a case-by-case basis and may exercise discretion in determining the eligibility for booking modification. By proceeding with the booking, the Guest acknowledges their understanding and agreement to the terms outlined.
