Villa Treetops is located in a beautiful central, residencial area of "Alta Vista" in San Pedro de Alcantara - surrounded by green areas and just a few minutes walking distance to local bars, restaurants in the Old Town of San Pedro.
This spacious villa offers a heated pool and hot tub / jacuzzi area with plenty of sun loungers for you to enjoy the day in the sun and spend the evenings dining al fresco. This holiday rental property is fully air-conditioned and offers free private parking and free WiFi for guests.
This luxury villa is split over 3 levels and each room and common area has been has been tastefully designed to make you feel at home. The entrance area connects the living room and dining room with the large terrace overlooking the garden, private pool area and forrest behind the villa. One bedroom is located on this level. Upstairs you will find the master suite with en-suite bathroom and across the hall are 2 further bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms share a private terrace.
On the lower level with separate entrance to the apartment where you can get together to relax on the sofa, watch TV and play some pool. Here you will find another 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Puerto Banús and Estepona are only 15 minutes from San Pedro de Alcántara by car. Estepona and the new Golden Mile invite you to enjoy the newly designed beach front promenade with a beautiful view of the mediterranean sea. The Fly Blue ferry travels between Puerto Banus and the center of Marbella where you can explore Marbella Old Town and it's local bars, restaurants and nightlife on the Golden Mile, the famous Plaza de los Naranjos or take a nice stroll back to Puerto Banus enjoying the stunning views of the sea along the beachfront promenade past the famous Puente Romano and Marbella Club Hotel.

Nothing was a problem for Martin and Stephen - we had the pool cleaned regularly as we have a large family used it a lot. Bends and rooms are very large with ample storage. We liked the location we walked into the town most days. Younger families maysee more

We liked the location we walked into the town most days. Younger families may be advised to get a car. However Uber and Bolt are easy to get. Its in a great location for golf courses.
The pool location has sun on it all day which is great. There are nice verandas for evening meals outside. A charcoal bqq is available. All round good place to go. |

Can’t fault this villa and the service provided at all. Both Martin and Steven were great and very kindly left us complimentary drinks upon arrival. The villa was lovely and slept 8 of us and more very comfortably, location is great as it’s only a 10see more

The villa was lovely and slept 8 of us and more very comfortably, location is great as it’s only a 10 min drive to the puerto banus strip and 5 min drive to the Aldi which opened on the day we arrived. We will 100% be back when we return to Marbella
